Objectives of CENIT
The Statutes of CENIT state in Article 1 that its objectives are:
- To promote transport research, innovation and development and the management of mobility, stimulating the creation of both national and international work teams.
- To organize courses about basic, scientific or technological aspects of transport paying attention to their multidisciplinary nature.
- To disseminate scientific and technological information about those fields.
- To stimulate international scientific cooperation and organizing national and international scientific meetings on transport.
- To give support to enterprise, institutional and professional development through research, innovation, technological transfer and the diffusion of knowledge as well as collaborating with other organizations.
- To provide advice and technical support services to institutions and enterprises from different countries, particularly developing countries.
