Miquel Estrada – Project Manager of CENIT Miquel Estrada holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Catalonia. He joined CENIT in June 2003 after having worked on the completion of railway construction works. In 2008 he was a Visiting Scholar at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with Prof. José Holguín and at the City University of New York with Robert Paaswell. He wrote his PhD thesis on distribution routes planning at the School of Civil Engineering of Barcelona. He lectures in transportation at the Department of Transport and Territory Infrastructure, which he joined as assistant lecturer in September 2004 and he is the author of three publications in international journals of the Science Citation Index (SCI).
