Hugo Badia – Researcher CENIT Hugo Badia Rodríguez is MSc. Civil Engineer from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), where he has also studied the Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He joined Cenit in 2009 and he works on projects related with public transportation. He had previously worked at the Institut d’Estudis Territorials (Institute for Territorial Studies) through a university-business agreement programme. Her research lines include:
