Albert Gragera – Researcher CENIT Albert Gragera Lladó is a Civil Engineer and a Master’s degree fromt the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). He studies a postgraduate course on Private Infrastructure Management at UPC as well. He joined CENIT in 2009. He had previously been working at EXCOVER, Inc. as a technician in studies on mobility equipement concessions. He is currently participating in research projects and he has recently started a degree on business studies. Her research lines include:
